"There was mold in the bathroom so it was a bit hard to breath in such a small bathroom after showering. A bit far from main stores or tourist activities but decent."

"The location and the staff were great. Easy walk to anywhere really. They let us borrow free umbrellas during the rain which was so useful since we did not bring any with us to japan and the free ice cream is sooo worth it."

"Clean, comfortable with English speaking staff and free breakfast. Needs blockout curtains though"

"Great location and value for money"

"Loved the hot springs and the complementary treats throughout the day."

"It was an excellent urban hotel."

"Location, cleanliness, and efficiency were good. I’d stay here again. Breakfast was good, I highly recommend trying this hotel"

"It’s the perfect hotel close to the train station for 1 night stay."

"The 6th floor of nearby Daimaru department store has lots of nice restaurants if you don’t want to venture too far after a long day of sightseeing. Also, basement floor has Daimaru supermarket. It is adjacent to underground corridor that stretches all the way to Odori Park and Susukino."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Was close enough to everything"
