You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. "Close to train/subway and bus…7/11 located below hotel and Lawson across street…Ramen alley right around corner/behind hotel…walk to underground Pole town and Aurora town…plenty of restaurants close by "

"Wonderful hotel and staff. Very classy. The facilities and rooms were well maintained. There were vending machines, coin operated washers and dryers, and a Family Mart (combini) right next door. And then there’s the onsen (public bath) - separated by gender. Very rewarding experience. Clean and very relaxing. Plan on staying at this chain again whenever I come to Sapporo or Shinjuku…"

"The hotel is clean and free public bath for hotel guests. The breakfast is very nice and offer sashimi. The room is not too small for two people. You can walk on straight road from the hotel to the shopping area about 10mins. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel. "
