Nice, clean room, and nice staff. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! So many fresh pastries/buns, fresh salad, perfect fried eggs, hashbrowns, and so much more! Hot spa was just one pool, but still lovely - and honestly, since it was an extra, unexpected amenity, I have no complaints! Very walkable to the subway and lots of restaurants.

It was a pleasant two night stay. The location is right in the middle of downtown Sapporo where most must visit spots are within walking distance.

I reccomend this hotel. Great customer service and amenities, including the hot spring onsen and the enriched and yummy breakfast. You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. I will book again this hotel if I will visit again Sapporo. Arigato gozaimasu!

２回目の冬の宿泊でした。朝食のパンの種類が食べ切れない程ありとても美味しい。ダブルルームは狭く空調の吹き出し口が寝ている顔に当たる位置にあったので使わなかったですが、部屋は暑いくらいでずっと窓開けてました。でも前の通りは車が殆ど通らないので静かで快適。アメニティも喫茶も充実しており、何度でもリピしたいホテルです。

朝食の種類が豊富だったので満足しました 無料でラウンジが使えるのが良かった、あとコーヒーを部屋まで持ち帰る事ができればとも思いました。 ベッドのスプリングが弱くなっていたので、かなり古いのかなと感じました 是非また利用したいです
