Spent 2 nights here on a side quest from Tokyo before heading back to the US. Location was great. Maybe 5 min walk from the station. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Room was considerably smaller than our room in Shibuya, but it was 1/5 the price. Clean and in good shape. Only big downside was lack of pillows and a very hard mattress. Could not figure out the AC - never seemed to blow cold even after deciding the instructions. Thankfully it's 0° in mid March, and they have a nice...

The staff was nice and it was convenient.

Great experience staying here. The beds are comfortable, and the complimentary drinks after 3 pm is a comfort to travelers. It's closed to Hokkaido University, which is pretty.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were available at the front desk or via phone. The room was very clean and sanitary with fresh sheets and towels. The in-room washer and dryer combo was very very useful! And the air purifier helped keep the space clean after nights out in restaurants or smokey rooms. Very convenient with a stop right in front for the bus from the airport. The bus stop back to the airport is nearby, too. It's easy to get to the snow festival from the hotel and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff was excellent in providing service, location was ideal as close to Sapporo Station, and optional breakfast was delicious and staff friendly.

We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. Both busses stopped at the hotel and resorts, so we didn't have to slough our luggage through the snow. Also, the Kieo Plaza...

Great location. Clean room. And bathing facility. It was a perfect accommodation staying in Sapporo.

It was great! I initially thought the bed would be too small for me and my husband but it was big enough for the both of us. The room was nice and comfy. Loved in particular the lounge with books and coffee. My husband also tried for the first time the hot bath and he liked it. So nice experience and trip we had! ❤️
