「We booked through Expedia and when we arrived there was no rooms. A wonderful lady at the desk was already on the phone with Expedia to get us odging at another hotel. Long story short at Aqua Blue came through because Expedia could not. I highly recommend Aqua Blue and DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND USING Expedia. After many hours on the phone with Expedia we ended up with just a credit that we probably will NEVER USE 」

「Close to downtown Newport but away from the crowds and noise Great amenities 」

「The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and walkable to the beach and many restaurants. It would have been nice to have a room safe in our room and a closet. I assume we had one of the smaller rooms that maybe didn't have a closet. For a weekend stay that was fine, but I wouldn't want to stay a week with nowhere to hang up clothes. But all in all, for a short getaway trip, this was perfect and you sure can't beat the view! 」

「The Mill Street Inn is perfectly located for seeing Newport. The Inn is located one block from great restaurants and shops on Thames. If you walk two blocks the other direction you are at the Tram stop to take you out to Cliff Walk and the Gilded Age mansions. The staff was courteous and friendly. We were given maps and advise on dining out. The breakfast is delicious. We will always choose Mill Street Inn when coming to Newport.」

「This property is so incredible. The staff is great and always helpful. We went for 4th of July weekend and had an awesome time with all of our kids!! It is perfect for walking to the downtown and when you are in need of a break from the busy downtown it is a perfect walk and quiet and peaceful. It is like you are in a completely different place.」
