"First time staying at the Setsumon and it by far has exceeded any accommodation I have stayed in at a ski resort. The apartment was very modern, spacious, comfortable bed and delightful staff. A special shout out to the cheery young fellow Andrew who drove us to Kutchan last minute to catch our train and helped us with our belongings. God bless!"

"This place is amazing. Its right next to the center of the Hirafu town where all the action (food) and transportation is. Lawson also right next door. Rooms are small but smartly designed, I felt more comfortable here than in many other larger hotel rooms. Good value for the location! Comfort and clean.
"Torifito was a very pleasant stay, exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, 10-15 minutes from Niseko Grand Hirafu. The lobby is very clean, the onsen was a nice bonus after a long day skiing. The rooms/facilities are very clean and spacious room for Japan. There are two separate rooms for skis, one for storage and another room to dry up any soaked ski gear. Washer & laundry option was a plus. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, lots of options! Hotel is located next to convenience store and a grocery store. "
