ジュネーブの三つ星ホテル

「Staff at night wasn’t sure if EV charging was free or not. No clear indication if breakfast was included」

「The hotel looks okay overall, and the staff were friendly. However, please be extremely careful with the breakfast waffle machine. The top handle/hinge was far too loose. When I opened it, the lid fell down and burned the back of my hand. Although the front desk provided burn ointment at the time, the wound has since festered/ulcerated and remains very painful. I am unsure how long it will take to heal. Management needs to repair or replace that equipment immediately before someone else gets...

「More than enjoyed our time at this hotel. The staff is amazing, kind, helpful and always available! The room was spacious and the hotel easily walkable to areas of interest.」

「Beautiful lakefront hotel, within 25 minute walk along the lake to get to downtown Canandaigua's shops and restaurants. Close walking distance to Kershaw Koffee. Clean, safe and to comfortable hotel.」

「The air conditioning HVAC system is very loud when it kicks on. It makes a loud noise. Also, the bathrooms could use a refreshment, not necessarily a total makeover, but some improvements to refresh. Also, no coffee maker in the room by coffee is available in the lobby. The dark plum comforter on the bed is a nice touch maybe , but would prefer a lighter color as these dark colors can hide stains and what not.」
