「Nice staff, Awesome indoor pool area accommodating little kids up to adults with a 9ft deep pool. Rooms were a bit dated, but clean. Great location to everything. Would stay there again! 」

「The best Hyatt Place that we have stayed so far. Its location is in the center of downtown, walkable to Market Square, Sun Sphere and University to Tennessee. The public parking garage is right behind the hotel. Many restaurant, pub, ice cream store choices. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is much better than an average three star hotel. 」
