"Christ's College is an old institution with lovely grounds in the centre of Cambridge and it is easy to walk to attractions.The accommodation is in a modern block at the back of the grounds and was built by the architect for the National Theatre .So I was faced with a huge flight of concrete steps and no lift!Luckily I had help with my case from a gardener on my arrival and a cleaner as I left and in between I got quite fit! But I think you should warn prospective guests with limited mobility...

"So glad my friend and I booked a room here. It's a lovely building and the pub is great with a very nice deck out back. The lunch we had was great, and the breakfast we ate in the attached cafe was delicious. Staff was EXCELLENT and so kind and helpful. Our room was a little smaller than we expected, but it was fine. Rooms are small but well appointed & good value for the price. The bed size was advertised as king but it was a double which is small for us. The windows do not open in the room (perhaps for safety as the rooms are all ground floor) so the room was a bit stuffy and warm for our comfort. A fan was provided,...
