"It’s always tricky looking for family rooms for older children, it was fantastic to have a separate room for the two kids. The rooms are stylish and spotlessly clean.10 minute stroll into Chester centre along the canal. The hotel has a lovely friendly vibe with a great lobby/bar area with games and another upstairs with a pool table and a few arcade games. The staff were super friendly and inviting. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!"

"Overall it was great. But hair dryer in the bathroom was not in good working order. The shower was a bit hot and cold at times. Other than that it was a great stay and enjoy the hotel and the staff were very accommodating. "

"We were there for a family gathering. The reeceptionist was warm and welcoming and very helpful. We had a meal and all the front of house were lovely, Daniella was particularly good. Her service was with a big smile, nothing was too much trouble and our food and drinks were perfect. There was a football team there that evening yet somehow everyone managed to give a smooth and timely service. Excellent stay . "The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, friendly and our dog loved the treat they provided! The room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. Despite staying on a Friday night in a busy area, it was quiet and we got a good night's rest. Breakfast is disappointing for vegans as it's very limited. The chairs used at breakfast were pretty grim and covered in stains. The car park is a decent size - we'd recommend booking via the app to guarantee a space - though the pricing seems inconsistent."
