"Staff was humble and very kind."

"Even though we were only at the house for one night, it was a very lovely stay. Nikko is gorgeous and the house allowed us to feel truly immersed in the culture. It’s relatively close to historical sites and Yoshiko was so kind to us. We had some delays and were rushed to reach the temple, but she drove us to ensure we had as much time as we could get. Would definitely stay again!"

"フロントが外国人で対応がよくなかった、自販機が全て故障、サウナに砂時計がなく温度計もない。廊下に前日客のゴミと浴衣やシーツ等の洗濯物が放置されたまま。朝食のバイキングの品数が少なく部屋が寒かった改善の必要あると思います。 "

"大きな通りに面しているせいか、たまに車の音が響きましたが、自分が出す音(TV等)の音は気にしなくて良いので気がらくでした。設備も清潔で冷蔵庫もツードアでペットボトルを凍らせることができました。"
