"This hotel is very convenient to take trains and buses in front of the station But our room was a smoking room, so it was always a small room with the smell of cigarettes. I asked staffs to change it, but they said there was no room."

"We really enjoyed staying here, the onsen was so relaxing and beautiful. Some of the staff were very nice and sweet, others were kind of rude. Its also very quiet and safe around the hotel so we liked that. It was hard to find a restaurant within 20 minutes walking that was open for dinner, but we met a sweet auntie who told us where to find good food. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Kinugawa"
