"This is the worst HOTEL LiVEMAX I have stayed in. This is a Japanese hotel chain that mainly serves businessmen. I do not expect much from LiVEMAX hotels. My reservation was for two nights. I only stayed one night. Most "love hotels" are cleaner and nicer than this dump. Ignore any of the good reviews for this property."

"My stay has two nights. My room has a single bed, the bed refresh me every night. The hotel has the coin laundry. There are a couple of a washing machine and a drying machine. Those are cleaned up. Every night, I could use them. At the entrance of the hotel, there is a drip coffee machine, it’s free for hotel guests. "So close to station, great food options. Close to washing facilities as there is no washing machine in room. Very easy to check in and out. Would stay at again."

"The room was just perfect. You do own check in and out. Supermarkets and shopping near. Transportation is 5 min away. Super quiet. Some people will say it is far but far means dicovering new places and gems. I was even able to walk to Centeral areas, i enjoy walking in new cities. Also, very good connection to airport Kensai.
