"I found the entrance doors to be aesthetically odd for a hotel. They are doors that are designed for a grocery store and as a first impression they just felt cheap! The room was adequate, clean, and all the staff were attentive."

"My wife and I enjoyed the property and all of the amenities that were offered but our room had a pretty bad odor coming from the AC unit. It may have been mold or just lots of humidity from the AC not being on for a period of time and then it being placed on. The floors seemed to be very slippery as well, but we think it was due to the high level of humidity present in the room before the AC was turned on. We did not complain because we had an excellent experience the last time we stayed, and we...

"The room was very comfortable having 2 TVs was a plus. The room was clean but the bathroom tub/shower needs to be changed it’s old. The breakfast was excellent lots of choices. "

"Family trip for a graduation ceremony. Hotel is next to other hotels, fast food and regular restaurants. Also gas station. About 15 min drive to UR and VCU. Older hotel, small rooms but overall ok for 2 night stay. Staff were helpful and attentive."

"This hotel was neat and fairly clean for an older hotel. The attendant was efficient and welcoming. The room was nice. It looks like some recent upgrades. Breakfast is available but the attendant wasn't ready for anyone so she shut the door and was rude. We had to ask for coffee stirrers and cream but everything else was decent."
