"when we got into our room the A/C was blowing but the room wasn't getting cool. I went to the front desk and explained it to Mallory... WOW... in literary minutes... there was a crew there and replaced the A/C unit... cool air flowing in 20 minutes... absolutely fabulous... great stay my thanks to everyone working at this Hotel... my stay was great. Thank you all again."

"Clean from the parking lot to the room and everywhere in between. Ample parking near room. Rooms and furniture in great condition. If I have to pick one area for improvement, the A/C unit was pretty loud. Would I stay here again? Absolutely."

"Fresh look and we did enjoy the breakfast. It is not close to any other places -- no place to walk for restaurants or convenience stores. But the staff was great -- getting us an Uber to the airport. "

"We came down to Ft. Myers to see friends at the beach. The place was so close and had easy access to San Carlos Blvd. and so close to everything important to us! We loved our stay. "

"I enjoyed my stay and I would book again. Only minor things that needed maintenance like the plug on the night table wasn't working but maintenance came over right away with an offered a power strip. The barn door to the bathroom wasn't working, it scrapes on the floor so it's loud to open/close and it doesn't open/close all the way. Like I said, minor issues but these should be fixed if staff reported it. Otherwise, the view from the breakfast area was nice, the pool was nice, clean and...

"We would definitely stay here again on a return to the Fr Myers Beach area. Rooms were clean and had all we needed in the rooms. Pool was small but beach just 5 minutes away. "
