「I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned upon arrival. The shower was broken and difficult to use, and the fridge was rusted and did not feel secure or safe. The TV remote/control was sticky and clearly had not been sanitized. On top of that, there was a very strong unpleasant smell in the room, likely caused by humidity or mold, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained...

「The air condition/heater unit had missing buttons so I couldn't adjust it. A maintenance man finally came to fix it. The bathtub was INCREDIBLY slippery. I'm amazed that motels allow this; I can easily see people having lawsuits against unsafe tubs. The hot water in the shower was at a medium temperature, at best. I couldn't take a hot shower because of that. The desk clerk was perfectly polite, but when I asked if there were any compensations for the inconveniences of the room, he said,...

「The room wasn’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there we were rationed towels only given 2 even though I booked a room for 3 people not once did they ever come in and atleast empty trash and refill toilet paper never have I stayed at a hotel where you had to go down and ask for clean towels and empty your own waste baskets」

「Food looked old. Didn’t have sheets or a pillow for the pull out bed. Stains on the bed, couch, and curtains. Shower pan was so nasty I didn’t want to take a shower」
