「We had a spectacular time at Akrotiri Hotel. The hospitality was above and beyond. Breakfast included every morning and high quality. Lena and her husband were incredibly welcoming. The room was very clean and well maintained. The tile in the bathroom was beautiful and the shower itself was wonderful. Now for the view. We were told we would have a panoramic view and we couldn’t have had anything more beautiful to wake up to. The terrazzo was also well maintained and enjoyable to sit on in the...

「Property location was right on the beach which was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful, served to you, with a number of selections in addition to only 1 egg option which changed daily. Room was clean but dated. Kitchenette consisted of a small bar fridge and 2 cooking elements. A microwave would have been great. Bathroom amenities were minimal - a tiny piece of soap and an all purpose shampoo/shower gel. Better quality and more would have been nice. No issue with shower pressure. A little confused...

「I have so many wonderful things to say about this property. Georgina what a beautiful soul she is she is so welcoming went out of her way to help us any way she could. I will stay there for many years to come . The location is the best , you cannot find a better location with an amazing swimming pool and the ocean just a few steps away from there. I’ve been coming to Crete the last 12 years a month at a time , if you’re looking to stay in a hotel that has all the amenities in the rooms do not...

「*Add photos of the balcony, room, and living area. Traveling from USA. We got the queen size bed standard room.* HOSPITALITY: Our flight to Crete flew in at 5am. I knew going into it I’d have to wait for check in. The hotel did a great job at reaching out to me prior to landing and communicating with me. They did everything they could to accommodate this early arrival which we appreciated very much. I got in my room around 9:30AM. The man at the front desk was very helpful with getting us taxis...
