「This is older property that the owner put a lot of effort into to fix it up quite nicely. Interior finishes are inventive and good looking throughout. Rooms are same but handicapped by old basic room architecture. But everything is very clean with nicest towels you will find anywhere. Breakfast was better than many so no complaints there. Exterior landscaping was simarly nicely done. Fine choice in Gunnison.」

「When I walked into the room I immediately smelled mildew (very bad) I was exhausted from my travels so the idea of moving to another room exhausted me more. Went the breakfast scrambled were watery, in pic it looked a nice assortment of pastries were pathetic. Needed help from front desk just to turn TV on, 2 remotes, she had to phone someone it took awhile for 2 people to figure it out. I’m not happy 」

I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. 「This hotel is a classical American motel. I could park a car in front of the door of the motel. It was very easy to carry baggage from the car to the room. It is about 90 minutes drive from the motel and Black Canyon National Park.」
