"If you want to experience the Swiss Alps in a true fashion, stay there. The pension is family run,you eat what they cook. There are no other restaurants around. There’s no tv but a room full of board games, fabulous views. Nights are quiet with only the stars and the sounds of the mountains around you for company. "The only thing was the shower has a plastic cortina and was a little old"

"Very friendly staff, great breakfast, coffee and food options for lunch. Also a convenient location to Interlaken West. Room itself was very cozy and clean. Having a few more furniture might have made it even better. Entrance was little tricky with steep steps so could be difficult for older people. "

"Hostel was in a great location in the city centre (however that meant slightly further away from the train station ~15 min walk which was a slight struggle with a heavy luggage). "The rooms were small, bathroom was also small but manageable compared to the price that we paid. The breakfast was good. Best part is that the station and restaurants are just outside the hotel. Prime location. Friendly staff. The rooms could be made better, there were spider webs at some corner. "

"Quiet, comfy, spacious. Enjoyed the balcony and the backyard garden area. 2 minute walk to the bus stop. Complimentary pass for riding local buses. Several good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk."

"What a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, management, and owners. I got delayed on my way into Imterlaken and the manager stayed a bit after closing to make sure I got in. Top notch hospitality! This hotel is a perfect home base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Affordable and comfortable. highly recommend getting breakfast as part of your stay. I will be staying here again next time I am in Interlaken. Cheers!"

"Most terrible is the lady receptionist “Sara”. She has no etiquettes of customer service. She doesn’t know how to nicely deal with guests. She actually shouts rather than to speak gently with grace, she isn’t fit for this kind of job. Hostel is not at a good location, no public transport from hostel. Small rooms etc. I’ll not recommend it. "

"Everything was great! Fantastic location! Rooms were quite small, to be expected a bit in Europe m, beds were not very comfy at all. Staff was amazing! Interlaken is a wonderful place to visit, wish we were there longer! "

"The hotel is well-placed, more or less half-way between the two train stations and in a street of restaurants (mainly Indian). The staff seem to also work in the Mexican restaurant below and all seem to be pretty easy-going about checking in and out. There are about 15 rooms on three floors, en-suite and shared bathrooms. All pretty quiet while we were there."
