"Loved the style of the property. Room was okay, nice and clean, shower & toilet new and fresh. Only problem was on the steps(2 of) to the shower (I was in room 19) there is a sharp piece of pipe protruding from the riser and it caught my bare foot and made a bad cut. I'm only raising this as I left early in the morning and could not relay the message. Hopefully this can be made safe for future visitors."

"Lovely welcome at Reception and extremely helpful. Basic accommodation but room was neat and smelt lovely of fabric softener. We only booked the room for one day as we had a very late flight and the accommodation was very close to the airpoirt so we used it as a base to enjoy our last day. Will definitely use again"

"This is my second stay at Hostal Palmaria. The rooms are quite basic with a wardrobe unit, fridge, stool and beds but it has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, the air con is fantastic and the bathroom has a good shower. The crowning feature of this hotel is the view from the balcony. It is simply stunning. Chairs, table and even a clothes line are provided on the balcony. Its the perfect spot to watch the sun set from with a chilled drink in hand. The only negative I would...

"For the price, the stay is great. Has all the basic things and is clean, we had an outdoor space too which is great especially for the Space. The staff/owners seem lovely however it is staffed certain hours a day just an fyi. The location is hmm interesting, seems to be a very busy spot but for me personally I wouldn’t stay in the area again. Dirty and trashy, close to main road with beaches and bars etc but all the food places nearby are terrible. The only ick we had ( 3 night stay ) was...

"Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße zum Ballermann.Das Hotel war hellhörig, wodurch man nachts und tagsüber die anderen Hotelgäste durchgehend hören konnte. Das Zimmer war stark in die Jahre gekommen, keine Klimaanlage, nur ein alter Ventilator. Nach dem Duschen stand meist das ganze Bad unter Wasser, da der Abfluss nicht richtig funktioniert. Großer Pluspunkt des Hotels: Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend! "

However when we arrived at night we walked into a hot room with no air-conditioning, no towels, no toiletries, no door in bathroom and no wifi. No lovely balcony as per photo advertised. Just a narrow space with horrible iron railings needing paint. Very noisy so difficult to sleep. We told next day of our concerns and we were moved to another room which had air-conditioning but none of the rest so i went back to reception where...

The room was fine, get what you pay for...would highly recommend binging ear plugs as the walls are very thin, and although there was a small balcony it felt like there was a lack of outdoor space, or space to hang out. Would also recommend Pura Vida if youre in the area - great cocktails and amazing views"

Room had a small fridge and a safe. There was a small balcony with a table and two chairs as well a communal rooftop terrace.
