"So they said they had a hot tub on the property we couldn’t find it, our shower , sink and bath stopped working said they would send someone up in 30-45 minutes it was longer then that. We tried to get a bit of a refund for this property refused. The pool inside is only open 10am-6pm a bit strange to me.
