「Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach fantastisch! Wir hatten das Haus für 11 Tage gebucht und wurden von Anfang bis Ende positiv überrascht. Die Sauberkeit und die liebevoll gestaltete Einrichtung des Hauses haben uns sofort begeistert. Es blieben wirklich keine Wünsche offen, und die durchdachte Funktionalität des Hauses trug wesentlich zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei. 「The house was clean, well styled, well maintained and absolutely more gorgeous than the photos. We loved how well the home has been restored, eg. amazing water pressure, nice hot water, high end finishes, while maintaining the original architecture! The home was peaceful and had everything we needed for our stay, including for our infant. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!」

「We stayed in this property as a family of five, children aged 10-12. The house is very large which is great as everyone has their own space. The pool was brilliant for our children and it was cleaned during our stay. The house is about a ten min walk to a number of really nice coves for sea swimming and snorkling. We were able to walk to a couple of bars and restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this property.」

「We had a lovely week in late Sept. The villa was well equipped and spacious. The pool and garden were well kept. The approaching driveway is quite narrow, so glad we heeded the advice on this and hired a small car. Would happily return.」

Nous avons apprécié l'exposition et l'aménagement des coins de vie extérieurs entre ombre et soleil. La villa se situe dans un quartier calme, à 5mn à pied des commerces et de la plage. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de Majorque.」

「Es war sehr schön und erholsam. Das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Ausstattung im Innen- und Aussenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die moderne Architektur, das schöne Grundstück, der großzügige Pool und die ruhige Lage bilden ein sehr gelungenes Gesamtpaket. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar. Kann man wirklich sehr empfehlen. Gerne wieder 😊」

「This is a lovely spacious villa. My husband and I booked the villa mainly for the outside space and for the price, we couldn't have found anywhere better. Fransisco was very helpful and responded to all questions quickly. We would stay here again.」

「This was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space for the five of us and the vila had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor kitchen and we ended up using this the majority of the time. The owners were lovely and really helpful. The villa is perfectly placed with the beach and restaurants just a 5 minute walk (some even closer)and Portocolom a very pleasent 15-20min walk. There are two nice smaller beaches around the opposite side to the bay of Portocolom which you might want a car to get to but...

「Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Der Pool ist richtig schön groß (10x5m) und der Garten groß und schön gepflegt. Es ist ein altes Haus, dass schon vor einigen Jahren renoviert wurde. Aber alles ist ordentlich hergerichtet und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem... Die Villa liegt absolut ruhig, aber nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von Pollensa entfernt. Es gibt auch einen Fußweg nach Pollensa. Man kommuniziert wirklich mit den Besitzern, einer sehr netten jungen Familie.」

「The place was fantastic, pool definitely the highlight and an easy 15 min walk into town square. Know that you’ll need to stay on top of trash/floor sweeping each day to avoid ants but I the views of Soller (with views from pool and house) and pool make this a 5 star stay.」

「Look no further if you want to enjoy gorgeous views of Soller and the surrounding mountains, while at the same time enjoying the tranquillity and privacy of your own home! The house has a lot of charm, with lemon and almond trees in the orchard, and sheep in the surrounding fields. The pool is also a great plus, and can be enjoyed on a sunny day (almost) no matter the outside temperature. 「Not as close to amenities/beach as we’d thought. Approx 10-15 min walk to beach On outskirts of can picafort made it much windier than by beach. But villa lovely & big with pool and table tennis. Kitchen could do with grater, can opener and few other basics like 2 chopping boards and kettle that switches off! (Bit dangerous) but a lovely stay 😊 Thank you」

「The view from the house to the sea – and partly to the mountains – is stunning. The house is spacious and super clean. The living space is great. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big with quality bed linen and towels; the beds are comfy. The atmosphere in the garden is amazing, with decorative terraces and a lovely pool. The owners and the local hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. I can only find superlatives to describe this property and our family holiday in Soller.」

「最高のロケーションです。徒歩数十秒でビーチに行けて、付近にレストランも沢山あります。パルマ市内まで出るのであればバス若しくはタクシーが便利でした。 プールも清潔で文句ありません。 部屋は見事なオーシャンビュー。。。 毎朝起きるたびに幸せな気分になりました。」
