"4th time I’ve been there and generally would highly recommend. Although worth noting, buying through a third party, the Spa isn’t included. Unfortunate the air con wasn’t working very well and they had to break into my room due to the electronic lock system not working. Spa is excellent. 👍"

"Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."

"Staff very helpful. Considering I'm mainly vegetarian there was a great choice for breakfast and dinner. I didn't realise there was a sister hotel 2mins away to go for Spa facilities and you have to pay €1 for a towel or borrow for €10 from the hotel lobby where I stayed. Found this inconvenience. The sister hotel also has entertainment which wasn't mentioned until I enquired. The photos do not say on the website which hotel each photo is linked to. I wanted to hire a bike but the shop...

"Was put in a room where the bathroom was at the foot of the bed and there was about a 30cm /12" gap for you to get to the loo due to a bidet being behind the door. When we asked to change rooms we were told we would have to pay 105 Euros to upgrade as they had no other rooms available. Pretty suspicious as the hotel was mainly empty. I have had five happy holidays at this hotel but sadly the quality has dropped since the Thomas Cook thing. There was no entertainment and the food was a little...

"Absolutely loved this place. It is a post card when you take a picture of the water from your ocean view room. We are at home now but i close my eyes and see this incredible beach --- it means we have to vome back :)"
