気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The toilet seat in my room was broken..not just a small crack, but literally broken that could be seperated apart. I reported it to the hotel staff via messaging (cause there is NO staff in the hotel, not even a reception counter), but the reply Ive got from them is “so what do you expect from us now?”. Although I didnt expect so much from a room as a budget travel, this is the worst service Ive never expected and would never accept.
房間的廁板是損壞的,不只是有裂痕,而真的是損壞得可以分開兩邊的。由於酒店並 沒!有! 接待處/任何駐場職員,我們只好透過expedia的短訊功能通知酒店,而我們收到的回覆竟然是 “so what do you expect from us now? (那你現在還想我們怎樣?)” 雖然都知道這是家較便宜的住宿,所以我們亦沒有期待很多,但這種惡劣的服務態度真的不能接受。
