「Great location in Bayfield. Comfortable bed. House keeping staff were friendly and helpful. Front reception day staff not very friendly or approachable. Bathroom floor cracked- needs to be replaced. Room was 60 degrees when we arrived. Could not adjust temperature. Fireplace would not heat room. It was like staying in a refrigerator.」
