「It was a good stay. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and delicious! The room was a bit dark, didn't get much sunlight. Our room had a view of the neighboring building. We only had a small view of the beach from the balcony. The shower hose was broken, the water was weak and it leaked. Still, thanks to the great staff, I’ll definitely come back to PortoBay.」

「Es un excelente hotel, muy buena ubicación frente a la playa. Excelentes restaurantes cerca y todo lo necesario cerca. La habitación es muy confortable y el personal es muy atento. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. La vista desde la terraza del piso 13 es espectacular. Quizá o lo único es que la habitación que nos dieron daba hacia la calle y en la madrugada los indigentes de la zona hacen mucho ruido. Pero el hotel en general es muy bueno. Valió la pena」
