"Location was magnificent, but we kept on having issues with the hot water. And even though the host did send someone to check it out and got fixed only 3 out of us 5 were able to shower with hot water. By the time the last 2 went in to take a bath the water was cold again. We were leaving the next day so we didnt wanna bother the host and we just did what we could. Sucks we werent able to shower before leaving to the airport the day of check out. "The room was very clean, very modern, and had a fantastic view of Copacabana Beach right near Posto 4. Communication was great and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows we're very comfortable, and it's probably the best shower I've ever had."

"Got to stay here to enjoy the Ipanema side of Rio de Janeiro. Check in wasn’t very intuitive and there was not a 24 hour staff available for security. I found myself stuck on the inside of the apartment for some time trying to figure out how to leave the building. There were so many mosquitos within the stay that make nights sleepless - there’s a window in the kitchen that is continuously open that make nights restless. The door to the bedroom does not stay closed so I would have to lock myself...

"I loved this hotel! We had the most beautiful floor to ceiling window view of the beach, the favelas and Christ the Redeemer! The hotel was located in a pretty good location a little further from Copacabana and Ipanema but was still a nice neighborhood with Sao Conrado beach right across the street. The amenities at the hotel were great! The breakfast had a lot of options but just was okay. Overall I would book again!"

"Everything was great about the hotel! Staff, room and service. Only thing missing from the hotel room was a iron. Clothes being packed all night from a flight need ironing but the hotel does off laundry and ironing service for a fee. Very close to train and beaches. Many restaurants in the area to choose from! Bartenders didnt speak English but everyone in the front desk did lol. 1 bartender gave my girl a coke with her drink for free while another Bartender charger her for it. Wifi service was 50/50. Going in and out at times. Most tour companies pick up from the hotel which made everything easy! Swimming pool was cool. I would suggest that they offer towels before entering the pool and more beach chairs for visitors who was to tan. Overall, I would book again"

"This was my first trip to Rio, and I really enjoyed my stay here. Well maintained property and rooms, and at a great location along Atlantico Blvd. The breakfast options could have been more, but it was good overall (had an omelet bar station). I would absolutely stay here again when I come back!"

"They advertise a balcony with the room! It's a 2 ft ledge you can barely stand on! You also get a kettle for hot water but no cups etc. The pictures and description of the rooms were very deceiving considering the price. The room was not very clean and had mold in the shower. Our first room didn't have a working tv and was smaller then what was advertised so they moved us! Second room wasn't much better! They did fix the fact we had no not water! The breakfast was big but not very inviting! Most of the front desk employees were very helpful. But when we arrived with our luggage (2 women over 65!) The guy at the door just stood there as we struggled to get our suitcases up the side ramp! We should of left then!"
