"Not great! Couldn't use the kitchen sink (had some unexplained work being done on it), the hair dryer didn't work properly, the toilet didn't flush properly....not good value for money and I wouldn't recommend!"

"We stayed there in between hotel checkout, and a late night flight so just basically a nap and a shower. Surprisingly, very quiet for Rio. Clean room really great communication with the host. My only concern was the shower curtain that kept falling. That’s literally the only complaint I have, other than that, everything else was great."

"Very noisy . We could hear everything in the rooms next to us . Check in amd communication is only through internet . The people at the desk do not work for the hotel and can’t help you . When we arrived there was no toilet paper and AC remote was not working . We had to wait the next day to have that fixed ."

"In an apartment building. Mostly older people live in it. As long as you are not planning to throw any big parties , you will have a pleasant stay. "

"A very well located property and with good space . It has elevators gladly. Although, a bit more maintenance is necessary , it is an old building and there is a smell of old pipes in bathroom . The toilet was a bit wobbly and there were no hangers . The sofa seems to had better days. . Other than that everything else was fine and it was quiet. For the price that I paid it was fair . "

"O único ar condicionado do apartamento não funcionava, ou melhor, a tomada onde ele estava ligado não funcionava. Após 1 dia esperando por uma extensão para tentar ligá-lo, entregaram uma de 10A, sendo que precisava ser de 20A. Depois disso ficaram de entregar um adaptador que nunca chegou. Conclusão, ficamos sem ar condicionado, sendo essa a principal característica para ter escolhido esse apartamento. Fora isso o colchão era muito ruim, o banheiro cheio de mofo e o quadro de energia dava medo...
