"The Ac was too cold. Was told it was set at the temperature to prevent mould. I have never stayed in a hotel before where I had to use Towels and my coat ontop of my duvet. I eventually asked for a blanket after 6 days and also a secondary pillow as the only pillow was too soft. My family also had a room and they said it was cold they also asked for extra blankets. The mattress was hard/firm gave me hip ache. They did not supply bottled water in room for making teas/coffee. Had to go down to reception to fill the water jug in room every day. Which was not enough water so we bought bottled water and reused the empty bottles about 5/6 bottles a day. No Face cloths were in room. Again never stayed at a hotel that does not supply face cloths. Positives, We slipped the room service a good tip initially so had great room service. We had a long stay so the cost was very good. Location was great near MTR and close to Nathan Road. Overall Value for money. "

"Exceeded expectations. Check in with quick, no long queues. Spacious and the staff were amazing. All very friendly and polite. Really good location, good size room and a huge bed big enough to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids age 7 and 9! Would highly recommend and will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip "
