"Clean room. Firm bed and pillow (we prefer that). Good water pressure in shower. Staff were very kind to extend our stay to 1:00 pm and hold our luggage until we left for the airport. Location is nice and central in Kowloon and close to Jordan MTR"

"It took me about three hours to check in. The website address is on the second floor. But the actual check in is on the 6th floor. I kept ringing the bell and knocking the door. Nobody answered Until one of the guests told me to check in on the 6th floor with a different hotel me. They should mention that on the website or posted a note on the second floor. When I finally talked to the staff, they said the computer is not working and they could not hear the phone ringing."
