"My stay at Eaton Hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. One of the biggest issues is that the hotel advertises itself as pet friendly, but there appears to be little effort to manage the consequences of that policy. Dogs were barking continuously early in the morning, making it impossible to rest. I contacted the front desk to report the noise, but nothing was done to resolve the situation. The barking continued throughout the morning. Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the room. During my stay I discovered what appeared to be bed bugs. This is unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of price point, and raises serious concerns about hygiene and housekeeping standards. Between the constant noise and the apparent bed bug issue, my stay was far from restful. I expected basic comfort and cleanliness, but unfortunately Eaton Hotel failed to deliver either. I would strongly caution future guests to think carefully before booking here."

"Great experience. We stayed only for 1 night but the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Wes who was very enthusiastic. He offered us drinks while we checked in, upgraded our room and very overall very pleasant. The room was also very comfortable. We especially loved the unique way the curtains closed which is very different and thoughtful and the blackout effect was excellent. In the evening, we were pleasantly surprised with chocolates delivered to our room, which felt very warm and caring. It was a truly delightful stay. A very, very special thank you to Wes for making our experience so memorable."
