"Very convenient location, super close to the MTR station and shopping malls. Staff were friendly and welcoming and there's free dispensable cold water available which was great. The room was very small but it was enough for what I needed and most importantly it was clean. "Efficient staff. Doorman opened doors at entrance. Got upgraded to double rooms that are very spacious. Unable to adjust thermostat to higher temperature but got a heater to warm up the room.
