Richmond Hotel Narita

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially after a long day of travelling. They did not keep me waiting at all for my room to be issued and signing a document loved that. The single room was perfect. It had everything that I required. I was very impressed with the charging adapters. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is after cleanliness and friendly service."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Nikko Narita, especially because of how convenient the transportation was. The airport-hotel shuttle runs frequently, about every 30 minutes, and there are also complimentary transfers to Narita Station and a couple of scheduled trips to Aeon Mall Narita, which made getting around very easy. The staff were helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent—there is an additional charge, but we felt it was well worth it with the variety and quality of food available. The main downside is that the rooms are somewhat dated and there was no microwave. There also isn’t much to do within walking distance of the hotel, although having a Lawson convenience store on-site was very convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again, particularly for the excellent transportation options and friendly service."
