"It was convenient to be close to Narita airport. The staff were extremely friendly, but the facility shows its age. The room looked like a dorm room and we had to use earplugs because of the airplanes flying nearby. The best part is the shuttle to the town and to the airport. "

"nice breakfast. i liked the shuttle from the airport BUT should have read the schedule carefully. We had to wait 2 hours to get to hotel. It was further from the airport than I expected. I was so tired that I couldn't go to the spa, which was a main reason I went there."

"We love the location of the hotel which is within walking distance to train station, car rental and Aeon Mall. And also the temple street. Room is clean and service staff are very helpful. We were able to extend one of our hotel rooms for 2 hours for a reasonable fee."
