"Hi- We had a pleasant stay, but we did run into two separate issues with our visit. The first was that when we went to use the pool on Wednesday we walked in on swim classes occurring. My husband and I double checked that there hadn’t been any signs announcing that the pool was in use by another group. We could not find any notice that the pool was being used by a swim classes. Our children attempted to avoid running into the areas where the classes were taking place, but the instructors were using many pool toys that constantly were floating independently throughout the pool. We would have appreciated a posted sign letting us know about the space conflicts or a schedule of availability. The final issue was that the shower soap was empty the entirety of our stay. We would have appreciated it to have been in stock. That being said, the room was cleaned very well and we truly enjoyed the shuttle services."

"The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Parking was also fairly easy, the room was extremely clean and nice. My only complaint was as I sat in the lobby area, almost close to the dining area, I saw a mouse and that scared me, but overall it was great stay."
