"Great location"

"Clean, accessible room with a killer view of the Mary Eddy Library and reflecting pool. Very comfortable bed and nice to have steamer, coffee maker and mini fridge. Nice staff. Not the best place to stay with accessibility issues though - you must take stairs (I was in a wheelchair, so very painful), and the garage elevator almost did not fit my normal manual wheelchair. Location is fantastic for the able-bodied."

"Hotel itself is very nice. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom very much did not match the vibe of the rest of the place. Our AC was broken and was nonstop heating our room, we called down to have someone come check on it and the staff member who came up said “am I opening the window for you guys?” while he had an AirPod in, when we said there was a problem with the AC he said “ahhh yeah I don’t do that, you can open the window yourself yeah?” and then left. Great location and front desk staff."

"Hotel has a beautiful view of the harbor and is well located - very easy to walk to dining and downtown. Room and hotel overall were clean and felt luxurious. Coach bed was comfortable as well. Loved having a door between the bedroom and living area! Overall great experience."
