"We were very excited to stay at this property with my mother and her 2 dogs. My husband is allergic, so the dual homes side by side seemed perfect - and with 2 medium-large dogs, 2 fenced backyard areas was perfect in the Boston area. Unfortunately, though the owner was aware we were bringing dogs, he failed to mention that "fenced" actually meant fenced just in 3 sides, not fully fenced. Moreover, the 2nd "yard" measures about 4x4 ft or so - also not fully enclosed. The photos were...

"Front desk people were wonderful. Good conceirge. Nice hotel and location. The only thing lacking is morning coffee, maybe have coffee makers in the rooms or easy access in lobby. Had to pay $11 at restaurant attached to lobby to get coffee."

"I liked the kitchenette in the Club Quarters hotel, especially having a microwave oven and extra sink. The biggest thing I like about the room is that it has a bathroom door that actually closes and locks (they do not use the "barn door" style doors that some hotels are installing). I spent time researching hotels prior to booking, and this is one of the key things that I use when choosing a property. One addition I'd like to see in the lobby is a way to make hot chocolate. I think the easiest way to do this is by simply adding hot cocoa packets, since their machines already dispense hot water. Their machine can handle simple coffee, but can also create espresso shots, and a few other tricks like steamed milk. And it's free in the lobby for hotel guests."

"The hotel is older and the paint was peeling in several places in the room. You will also need to pay for parking. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. The room was clean and it was located near the event I was attending so it was convenient."

"My daughter and I were in town visiting colleges so the location was perfect for our needs especially since it was very close to the subway. The beds were comfortable and the room was adequate for the short amount of time we were actually in the room. We were able to get around everywhere we needed by bus, subway, or Amtrack. The "breakfast" is a very limited selection of packaged muffins, fresh apples, juice, and less than average coffee."
