"We booked booked as 3 adults black and white .When we checked in they was asking extra money to provide third peson sleeping mattresses. Which was un expetable .The price should be included in the beginning. It was i cluded but but they still saying its not enough. Please look in to it."

"Based on online reviews, I was expecting more. I did not receive a check-in email prior to my arrival. Once I landed, I had to call the host several times before he answered my call and assured me that he would meet me for check-in - if you are not travelling with mobile data, this will be an issue. Once we arrived, we found dust on the furniture and plenty of mosquitoes in the kitchen. The host Benson was pleasant enough, however, he would show up at the unit at all hours of the night without calling first (once as late as 11:45pm) just to discuss check-in documents or other things that could have been communicated via the phone. We also found out that the homestay was a shared space only once we arrived (not listed on the listing), and a new guest would be sharing with us. Not much of an issue if you are ok with it but would liked to have known beforehand. It is a really great value for money considering what you get, but it could be maintained better for better reviews. Also consider luggage if choosing this - only external steep stairs leading up to the unit. Decor in the home was rustic and traditional. "

"Where I arrived there was no one in the buildibg. It was an old delipated building used as a guest house the workers of a resort. Some one told me that Hotel Muziris Fort has not operated there for several years and that many customers like me has been duped. I was forced to walk back 15 miles to the hone a friend in Ernakulam. I demand action and a compensation of $500 for this mistake on Part of Expedia to list a vendor who has closed down Please expedite or else I will share this incident on social media. "

"Our host was very welcoming, especially with very late arrival / departure for international flights. The house itself is huge, even better in person than in the pictures. All three bedrooms have very good A/C, have their own full showertoilet, have a big queen sized bed, and tons of closet space. There’s a double kitchen, parking, rooftop, office, TV. The neighborhood is quiet and safe."
