Inside you'll find a bright interior filled with natural light and new kitchen appliances, as well as a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Enjoy spacious rooms, delightful architecture, and a sprinkle of history among the modern upgrades. The chef of your group will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the fully updated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a massive floating island breakfast bar, and all the space you need to maneuver. Around the corner from the formal dining room is a full walk-in pantry with a wine rack and wet bar. For those who need to stay connected, there are four work-from-home spaces, complete with desks, chairs, and monitors. The bathrooms have been fully remodeled and upscaled to boast luxurious walk-in showers. The main bedroom is exquisite with unbeatable views, ample space for personal effects, and an en suite bathroom.
Kids and adults can enjoy open landscaping perfect for lawn games and outdoor entertaining, fire pit included. In the basement, there is a Peloton for a quick workout and a Ping-Pong table for hours of family fun. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
