「Will not stay again. The reviews did not match the room I stayed in.」

「The hotel was in the process of being renovated during my stay but otherwise, the staff was polite and attentive and my room was very clean. My only complaint is that my room did not contain a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beyond that, a great place to stay if you have business in Watertown.」

「This place is disgusting. There is brown liquid literally dripping down the walls in the lobby. Elevator was out of service, it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana, the room was filthy and had stains on the comforter and looked like someone had been laying on it, there was black hair all over the bathroom, rust, and dirt. There were also very sketchy people clearly living in the hotel. We left immediately and were denied a refund.」

「Room was clean, bathroom well it always smells like humidity because they don’t have fans I guess , ironing board was broken but told tue front desk. Breakfast is always excellent for continental!! Love their pillows and bed! Wish I could buy those comfy pillows LOL One bad thing our room was facing the I-81 so we could hear the big trucks and traffic which sucked」

「Great breakfast, good choices, plenty of seating and kept well stocked and clean. I really prefer staying places where the room is cleaned daily but we were only there 2 nights so it wasn’t an issue」

「Only good for sleeping! Water was barely warm. No Kleenex. No coffee machine in room. Hole in ceiling in bathroom. Fire alarm loose and hanging!! Said place was booked but didn’t see one other person anywhere around. We’ve stayed there about three times but no change. thinking it would get better. Did not happen!」

「This was an older hotel, that was poorly taken cate of. Our door saw outside light. It was old and not a place I would stay again. The clerk was very plesant. It was near some restaurants, but nothing really great.」

「PulaskiとOswegoでのサーモンフィッシュイングの為に2泊滞在しました。オーナーは気さくでサービスも良かったです。魚を入れる専用冷凍庫（小型ですが）もあり、宿泊客も殆ど釣り人のようでした。５時早朝出発にも係らず、簡単な朝食が取れるのは有難かったです。ただPulaskiの釣り場まで２０分弱掛かるので若干立地が半端です。それを除けば満足の行く宿泊先です。２０ドル足せば折りたたみベッドを入れられます。」

「Great location. Quiet. Beautiful room with everything available, couch,TV,frig, microwave,lotions,etc. And cookies in the lobby.」

「Good bed, good shower, good towels. That’s all I needed. But: no Kleenex, no cups for coffee or teethbrushing, rusty radiator in bathroom, nice deck but the deck screen door was off and set aside and the deck table was creepy dirty. I was glad to have a convenient place in the village, but the upkeep could be better.」

「The owner and his sister could not have been nicer, the property is newly renovated, immaculate with great views of fun Tavern style bar and a great restaurant. Highly recommend it.」
