「We arrived early in the morning and called to ask if a room was available as check in was at 4 pm. We were told they would call if the room was available sooner. That was not a problem, but we arrived at the hotel at 5pm and we were told the room still was not ready and would not be ready for another 10 minutes. 「Do not do it! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The check in front desk crew was obnoxiously rude. The girl with all the tattoos was an absolute rude “Karen”. The elevators were broke, there was no way to even get a drink other than a vending machine that only takes $1 bill, no credit cards. And when you go to ask for change from the front desk, they rudely say”we don’t carry cash”. Rooms smelled like some type of fish and the breakfast was simply horrible.
