This is a two-unit luxury townhouse. Unit 1 is the 975 sq ft. 1BR/1BA ground floor unit plus furnished 120 sq ft. basement room. Unit 2 is the 1275 sq ft. 2BR/2BA second and third floors. Each unit has its own large kitchen.

Five parking private, on-premise parking spaces included at rear of house.

This townhouse is beautifully remodeled, and furnished with high-end furniture. It is stocked with fancy soaps and toiletries, snacks for the whole family, and plenty of cookware.

It includes a steam-room shower and two rain showers.

The location in downtown Wilmington is idea for seeing Brandywine Park as well as all the downtown attractions. Market St. is a block over. Hotel Dupont, DE.CO food court, the Opera House, Rodeney Square and so much more are all just blocks away.

Great yet again.. No surprise!

Our group was a bit smaller this year, but the accommodations were just as great! Entire house was on point, and the bonus amenities are certainly a nice touch. We'll be back next year as long as it's available!

House was as described. We had a great time there. Supplies were fully stocked. The host was very quick to reply to questions and requests. There was room for all 10 of us. We will come back next time we go to Wilmington.

Visit to Brandywine valley

We stayed at the entire house. (I believe that the property is divided into two units.) the house is spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable for our group of 7, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Good kitchens (because we took the entire place there were 2) with coffee, snacks, water, seltzer, and supplies. Easy walk to heart of Wilmington, and easy drive to the sights in the Brandywine valley.

Easy parking and lots of space for a group of 11 close friends to crash. Owner provides extras like coffee pods, cereal and snacks. Great location for late night walk to Hotel Dupont bar for a nightcap and morning hike along the Brandywine. Had a great time.
