"Convenient as short walk to London BigBen and love the area as quiet and not too crowded part. The property generally is classy and clean however our room is not as clean especially the bathroom, there are missed areas uncleared under the toilet bowl etc. I do appreciate the effort they did when I told them it’s my daughter’s birthday so we had a cake waiting in the room which was nice ."

"Room was clean but very outdated, they gave us room right next to another room where they where doing renovations, all you could hear was construction and drilling noises which started at 7 AM every day during our stay, AC did not work we had to request a fan to keep the room cooled, no mini fridge. For a 4 star hotel I would expect better."

"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room from hell! Tiny room, no ventilation, no air-conditioning and not even a fan in the room. The window only opens slightly but it’s way too noisy."

"We were on the 2nd floor and club music played until after 2am every night we were there. It sounded like it was in the room with us it was so loud. Also, the shower flooded the room every time we showered. The location was good. The staff was minimal. There is no phone to communicate you have to go down to the lobby of you need anything. There is no tv or blow dryer. It’s just a room and beds. Beds are decently comfortable. Pillows are horrible! The club music and flooding ruined the stay for us."

"Great location. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet and calm while being nearby attractions and transportation. The rooms were small but comfortable beds. There was no air conditioning which would have been fine but the heat couldn’t be turned off. The pipes that connected to the radiator were also very hot to the touch, which may be a concern for anyone sleeping in the bed closest to that wall. The bathroom was quite small but having a tub was convenient for laundry."
