「Beautiful and clean place.」

「Convenient location near the ocean. Host was very responsive. Free parking under the building. The apatment has 2 beds and a couch. Pool and jacuzzi are nice and clean.」

「Absolutely loved staying there. Felt like our own. Loved how rooms were split and private. Convenient to everything. Had all we needed. All the details well thought. Loved warm balcony great for early am coffee. Liked how secure & safe building felt. fitness center was a plus. having one keyfob was challenging.」

There was a reserved gated parking spot, the community was quiet, the apartment itself was comfortable and had the basic amenities. Communication with Cyndi was clear, prompt, and courteous. Overall, we it was a solid place to stay in LA.」

「The only thing I was surprised about was that this property is a converted covered patio that is attached to the host's house. After getting over that surprise and worry of safety, we were just fine. We needed somewhere to sleep, eat, and shower while we played at Universal and Disneyland and we were able to do that! Place was clean as a converted parking can be! We really appreciated the use of the washer and dryer. That helped so much with our luggage packing. We would stay again! The host is...
