「The day time staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. There was a smell in our room which was close to a stale cigarette smell but we adjusted. The breakfast was okay and we enjoyed the fresh fruit. We will stay again if we are in the area.」

「他州から来たので、駐車場にゲートがあるのが初めてだったので、治安が悪いのではと不安に感じた。チェックインは親切にして説明して下さって、スムーズでした。ホテル周辺は治安が良くないと感じました。 ホテル自体はとても古く、部屋に古い匂いが染み付いている。今回は安さ優先で選んだので、価格相応で満足出来てます。」

「The room looks clean and room maid service was excellent.」

「The facility was bland and void of any life save for the two war bodies behind the counter and a homeless person outside. Our room was uncleaned with duffle of clothes on the dresser. Pictures available. The American flag out front was weather worn to shreds. We didn’t walk, we ran from this place. If Expedia proceeds to bill us for this travesty, it will the end of OUR relationship with them. Radisson should be ashamed to be associated. 」

「2日に1回の清掃でした。 ゴミだけ回収してもらえるといいかなぁと思いました。公園の隣りで静かです。コンベンションセンターが目の前なので、会議の合間に戻れて便利でした。」

「ホテルはフレンチクォーター内にあって、New Orleansを楽しむなら申し分ない。部屋も外からの騒音も聞こえず、とても綺麗で過ごしやすいが、窓の無い部屋だったので、とても窮屈感を感じた。予約する時に分かっていたら、ほかの部屋を予約したと思う。スタッフは明るく親切で印象はとても良かった。」

「I would say my rating be 8 out of 10. No existence of elevator is -1. I would like one more chair to be equipped in that spacious room, which would be another-1. Otherwise the hotel is perfect at geographical convenience, interior design and cost performances. Thank you for accommodating us a week! Jun」

「This older hotel, for the price, should have nicer rooms. Unfortunately, they were outdated and grungy. The dark brown carpet was gross, the bathroom was dirty (several dark hairs in the tub and on the bathroom floor), the towels smelled stale, and the shower head had no pressure. We didn’t eat in any of the restaurants or use any of the hotel’s amenities. The staff at the valet, check-in, and checkout were friendly and pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near the Smoothie King Center...
