「Definitely was not warned about the treacherous steps of doom leading down to the property. We are abeled bodied adults so we were fine but it should be in the description so others are warned if they are unable to do the steps. Also there is a tenant above you that like to deep clean and do laundry early in the morning and you can hear it all. 「I was super surprised at this property for the price!! IT IS AMAZING!!! It is within walking distance to almost everything Fredericksburg. This will be my go-to from now on when staying there. Restaurants were close enough to walk to, and we literally walked everywhere. The screened-in porch was a nice touch, and you could hear all the evening festivities from there, but it did not hinder when you tried to go to bed at night. Very clean and well kept.」
