"Front desk was very helpful n courteous."

"No one at front desk when I checked in or out. Had to ring a bell. Breakfast was minimal. Only fresh fruit was an apple. No English muffins. "

"Parking was fine. It's a motel so you park outside your room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room however, was less than fabulous. The linens appeared to be clean, although it had the world's thinnest blanket on top. My main issues were the fact that the sink was still dirty and there was a beer cap on the floor from previous occupants. And if I'm perfectly honest, the interior was so poorly done. It was almost like they were making it feel like you got a cheap hotel and we're going to make it look as cheap as possible. I actually did not stay the second night that I had booked for."

"We have family that live near there so we always stay at the Best Western Premier. It’s a nice place to stay, but I was disappointed that they gouge the parents who are paying for their students college education education, and charged us $300 a night when they normally charge us a little over 100."
