"The staff were very friendly and helpful.. i had forgotten to add on my kids (to much in a hurry) and when i rang to let them know they upgraded my room so the kids werent sleeping on a sofa bed.. and when my son lost the key they were very understanding.. the spa is always a win win with my family.."

"Great staff at this older but very charming hotel. We loved having a glass of wine in the evening by the fireplace. Great location for sights and shopping. Very walkable. We loved the proximity to Polynesian spa. "
"It as its own spa. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The only thing downside is that the bathroom and the building is a bit tired, although very clean for its age. May need a renovation soon. The bed was clean and the mattress was excellent. Highly recommended. "
