「The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...

"チェックインの時の係員の態度が良くない。２名いたが、１名は丁寧に一生懸命やっているが、もう一人はまるでやる気がない。一生懸命対応している方の担当者がいろいろとリクエストのある２組をさばいていたにもかかわらず、特段何もリクエストのない自分のチェックインにはそれ以上時間がかかった。 チェックアウトはスムーズでよかったです。 お部屋はとても広くて清潔ではあったけれど、家具が結構ヘタっていた（キャビネット）。あと便座が配管の関係からか、レンガ一個分くらいの下駄をはいていて着座位置がかなり高いので、小柄な人は用を足すのに苦労すると思う。シャワースペースだけ低くして他を高くすれば水回りも解決できそうな気がする。シャワーの水量は少なめ。"
