「Overall a nice trip. Check in was extremely slow. Room was not ready and waited way too long for the room to be ready. Ruined our first day. Room was spacious and clean. Temporary adult pool was ok. Way too many reserved chairs that were not being used. A complete waste when there are not enough chairs to begin with. Just another way for them to make more money. Need a better system for guests who are over 18 to enter the adult pool. Kept telling my daughter every day she could not...

「I can’t say enough nice things about it… To be honest, I’m still here. I extended my stay for a couple of days because I did not want to leave. It just feels too nice to be here!」

「The resort itself is nice and there are many attractions in the resort. However, it is not located close to the downtown and there are no free shuttle buses to airport. The food is very expensive in the resort. 」

「We loved staying at Harborside Resort! Atlantis is great, but it is nice to get away from the chaos of the main resort at the end of long days. Shuttle services were constant and available. Our room was clean and nice, pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable and the bedding was scratchy, but it worked, recommend some new blankets.」
