「Hotel was very clean and new. The reception staff was nice and helpful. We had a slight issue checking in but they took care of it quickly. Appreciated the full sized bottles of bathroom amenities rather than the typical mini versions. AC worked very well in the room but wished the lobby had a little better air circulation. There were plenty of parking spots even when we got in at night time. Location is great for food as it's near Chinatown and Little Saigon.」

「The rooms were really nice. Water pressure in the shower is slow so taking a shower feels like forever. There is only one elevator, so it can be slow if you’re catching a ride. The staff were great and super friendly. The hotel sits in a nice location. 5 minutes from tons of restaurants and things to do. 」

「It was not so close to the Galleria as the name suggests, and the hotel staff was not polite when I complained about the room.」

「This is a solid, economical choice. It’s very clean and they include a pretty decent breakfast. If you like coffee first thing in the morning without going to the lobby, bring your own k-cups and whatever you like to put in it. They have nice coffee makers but seem to only stock decaf cups and nothing to go with it. It is quieter than you would think based on its location right off the Southwest Freeway. 」

「アクセスは車でないと無理ですが、ロビーから部屋まで清潔感があって過ごしやすかった。私は使用していないけれど、プールやジムも完備されていたので、滞在中にエクササイズもできてよいと思います。 朝食付きではありませんが価格はリーズナブルだと感じました。」
